Here is a shot I took right outside of Butte Montana at the parking lot for The Wedge. It was taken with Canon T3i with a 28-135 IS lens while using an off camera flash with a remote trigger for the flash to give the surreal lit up look. It isn't the best image but I figure it is good enough to get this topic started!

I've got one here on mp with more "great" votes but this is one of my favorites.

Jake on #1 Super Guy at Shelf Road. Canon 1Ds II, 17-40L at 17mm, worked over (maybe a bit too much) in Lightroom.

I'll start with my most widely viewed photo, and it's one that I haven't posted here on MP yet:

Canon 20D, 20-35mm @ 35mm, 1/40th at f/4.5, ISO 800

And that's an awesome shot Doug-- the hyper-real lighting and the wide lens makes for a great effect.

What's up Nate-Dog, how's Summit County. I think you just one-uped my Penitente photo. I always liked the one of me and Waterman fist bumping mid route.

Shot from a seperate rope fixed at the anchor. Good shots take a little extra work sometimes.

Some great stuff in this thread.

I've always liked this shot of mine. I need to get the slide properly scanned.
