+1 Kevin nailed it.
I hope I never have to sell my place in Bear Creek Canyon.

When did you buy and how much did you house cost?

Yeah, we Springs guys get tired of the Springs sometimes. Hear that things are better in Boulder and Denver. More women, more singles, more culture. Yeah, it's pretty whitebread around here - military, right wing christian, etc... Though, it's hard to leave a solid climbing community, that 14er in the backyard, occasional ice in the canyon five minutes away, stellar mountain bike riding all year out the back door, a big house on 2/3 acre 10 minutes from downtown for cheap, all-winter climbing on bolted limestone an hour to the south, granite cracks an hour to the west, the Garden rigth in town...

But ya know, have to say, it really does need a beach around here.

Right on, i think given all of the boastful information from city to city. I have made a decision to wait until spring to drive out there and just bum it for a few weeks and hit all the towns in between ft.collins and durango. I will be sleeping in my truck or at campgrounds in a tent/bed of truck or trying to find a secrete spot :P. If anyone has other beneficial information about anything it would still be highly appreciated. Thank you!!
