An Easy $100 and use of our utility trailer for storage???

We are moving to Denver in 2 weeks, we have a utility trailer that I want to keep, I'm hoping to find someone that has use for a trailer and/or storage space to keep it for us. I'll give you $100 to store it at your house for a year. I'll take care of licensing (not sure yet if it's required, it isn't in Oregon!). I'll also be happy to let you use it, as long as you're not destroying the trailer, it is rather stout though; 3500 lb axle, 2" ball, 4.25'x8.25' interior (Easily holds full sheet of plywood!).

Please Email me if you think this would work for you, I'm hoping to find a CHEAP apartment for 6 months or so till my wife finds work, then we can move into a bigger place with room to store the trailer, but the $100 is yours if you store it for 1 day to 1 year!
