Looking for partner for Devil's Lake 6/12 or 6/13

Hi,

I'm visiting Madison from MA and would like to find someone to climb with at Devil's Lake Tuesday preferably, or Wednesday. I'm a 5.9 top-rope climber. I won't have a rope with me and also probably won't have a car. I can offer gas money of course, and good company. I am a 40-something year-old woman.

Best wishes and good luck on finding a climber. I can't get away for a couple weeks or I'd go up and meet you. Sound like my comfy level of climber,,,,not chasing the 5.12d routes all day. Where did you climb out in MA? I've visited family there and gone to Crow Hill and College Rock for some toprope days. You'll like the quartzite at Devils Lake for sure. Cheers.

There is a group of us going up later in the day to East Bluff on Wednesday the 13th in case you are interested in that. There may be one or two up for the full day as well on Wed this week but for sure a small group of us are headed up around 3pm to climb until dark....

Thanks for your reply! I got my fix in today at DL and I think I'll not do another day while I'm here visiting. You guys are super lucky to have such a great place to climb.

What kind of punishing routes did you get on today? At least it cooled down a bit from the mid 90's of weekend. Give your tic list of the day.
