Going to Colorado for a week.

I'm looking for a place where there is a bouldering area that is next to or near a river, anywhere in Colorado. Please help me! |

Redstone would fit the bill. Maybe not big enough for a week though. |

Red Cliff, Independence Pass, Redstone loop. |
Lots of exploring to be had along the St Vrain between Estes and Lyons. |
Mount Evans. Take a jump in Lincoln Lake during the week to get some refreshing glacier melt and V12 climbing! |
Evans is a choss-pile. |

the San Luis Valley is a great place. Great climbing, plenty of easy and moderate offerings. There are rivers near many of the areas. It's a little hot now, but unless your heading to the alpine I think it's too hot everywhere for bouldering. check it out if you care 27crags.com/teams/slv-climbing |

Thanks guys, I ask because I am going with my grandfather and my dad, and my grandfather loves fishing, and my dad will do whatever. |

If fishing and bouldering is what you're looking for, then Redstone and this area would certainly fit the bill. Gold medal fishing next to great bouldering. Independence Pass has great bouldering as well. |

Gunnison. Lot's of bouldering at Hartmans Rocks Rec area and up Lost Canyon. Not to mention world class fishing in the Gunni River. |
