I had a long term shoulder injury and surgery in November, Now feeling strong enough to start climbing again. Able at long last to do some pull ups and have been doing up to 30 pound curls with my reattached bicep tendon. Wanting to start following moderate, 5.7ish and see how it goes. I expect pretty rapid progress and leading moderate stuff fairly quickly. Climbing since 1979, mainly trad style climber, safe with a ton of experience. Not out for competition, to get scared or hurt, just to enjoy and progress. I'd like to get back up to speed enough for a creek trip this fall.

Flexible schedule, prefer mostly weekdays.
