Fort Collins Roommates?

Anyone looking for (or know of someone who is looking for) a roommate in downtown or NW side of Fort Collins? I'm looking to pay around or less than $300 a month (minus utilities). It would be nice (I think?) to live with some other climbers for a change.

Hey Kevin,
when and for how long are you looking. A couple of my roomies are looking to sublease their rooms in our beauty of a home on Meadowlark and Drake and might be looking for someone permanent come fall. As a disclaimer, I'm the only serious climber (actually I'm never very serious when I climb)in there but two of the other ladies (there's five of us plus dog total) dabble in the gym and we're a pretty outdoorsy bunch in general. Rent runs at 300 plus utilities (about 30-50 in the summer) we have a yard, garage (full of stuff), big big basement fopr gear, 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rooms open up in may. I'd love to have a climbing buddy at home over the summer.
