should i go to lake this weekend

I have saturday free and am debating with the colder weather were having if i should even try going up to Devils lake this weekend to boulder or just be a puss and climb inside at the gym.

Yea i probably should stay inside just getting the cabin fever. Did manage to get up there last saturday though.

I'm losing my mind inside. I'll be at Governor Dodge tomorrow, and maybe Sunday too.

I went to the Lake in late Jan and did some trad climing in full alpine garb, really good time. Conditions this weekend would probably still be really fun for something like that. Just my 2 cents.

I've been up there 3 times this month. It's been really wet. I probably won't be back until mid/late april due to some other trips. Then it's on though. Trying to get up there once a week. Need to trade in my SUV for a hybrid!

Mike, I would definitely head up this weekend! Low 30s is perfect bouldering temps. The east bluff is in good shape, and the west bluff has been getting better. I would stay clear of the south bluff for a few more weeks.

On Sunday March 27th the East Bluff was quiet (only about a total of 10 people up there),nice, calm, and warm on the sunny exposures. Perfect! Rock is clean and dry right now.
