Best North American sport climbing destinations in the Summer ???
Hey, I'm trying to plan a 3-5 week climbing road trip with my girlfriend this summer. Would like to find a few good sport climbing areas that would provide 3-7 days worth of climbing any where in Western North America. Does anyone know of any place with decent temps / weather from late June to late July? Any suggestions would be helpful. We were already looking at Ten Sleep for 4-5 days. |

Small thing to add, but Baldwin Creek is about a million degrees in the summer and there's one whole tree to get shade. Sinks is pretty hot too, but you can climb fairly reasonably in the early morning or late afternoon. Around Lander, Wild Iris is probably your best bet in the summer. |
