Tibet: Murder in the Snow Presentation - April 27th - San Luis Obispo

Luis Benitez is donating his time to come to SLO to talk about his experience with this documentary, hiking, mountaineering, and being in the outdoors. The Steynberg Gallery is donating the space. All in-kind donations are in support of the Pacific Crest Trail research project. Partial proceeds from the evening will also benefit the project.

Presentation is at 7 pm, April 27, 2009, at the Steynberg Gallery (1531 Monterey Street) in San Luis Obispo. Entrance is only $5.

I remember when this video came out, the Chinese were trying to convey to the world how good their "human rights" were and how much they deserved to host the Olympics.

Too bad we didn't have climbers at Gitmo and other CIA prisons. I wonder how much they can charge for a slide show on those "non-torture" interrogations.
