Ok, spring is almost here, winter has been hard but sunny warm days are around the corner! Connecticut may be a small state but since I've been climbing, there has certainly been no shortage of rock. So it's time to post up! Our route database only has about 95 routes, there's more than that at main cliff at Ragged, kinda sad... If you have been on the rock in CT, as I'm guessing most of you have, post up some of your favs. Mobes, Shylo, Matt, quit holding out, you guys have some gems in your pocket and I know have been on most of the classics. So there you go, spring is on the way, let's get this site up to speed and get psyched for the season!

Yeah - get cracking! There's something like 1300 routes in the green book.

Anyone can PM me if they want central CT beta. I know 6 or 7 areas extensively and would be happy to show them around. I'll certainly help with the route database when I have time, but for now, just ask if your itchin' to go climbing round here. I can lead ya to bouldering, trad, and sport(yes, sport).

Right on Nick! Post up when you can, it's always good to have route info available a few clicks away. We need a new picture for the front page of CT. Since the majority of our rock should be led on gear, (even though TRing is rampant) a good shot of you or someone on lead would be awesome! I think I'd have to post it though, with proper acknowledgments, of course. There is also tons of bouldering to be had, but I don't want to poach on other people's finds. Let's get that going too!

I'm heading out to Bradley today for some bouldering and some routes if conditions permit. The camera is charged and ready to go- hopefully sometime this week I will have time to post up some routes and problems, perhaps claim a FA...

I have a sneaky suspicion that by this time next year the CT page will be full of bouldering and possibly some new routes for the good people of NE to check out. And let me add none of this will be done yoyo style with hooks, no trees will be harmed and much fun will be had.
