I'm looking to get in 8-10 steep lead routes in Rockn & Jammin (the south location) I'm training endurance for a trip to the Red and just want to trade belays for a while. Safe, experienced lead belayers only. I'll belay you on whatever you want to do as well- hangdog no problem.

Wednesday evening and Friday evening. If that doesn't work I can usually trade shifts, so let me know anyway.

Driving up from Colorado Springs, so if you're on the way, ride with me.

I can probably get to the gym one of those nights, Friday looking more likely right night now. I go to R&J South about once a week in the winter. I can be there by 4 or 4:30 since I work in the DTC. Wednesday is possible, though I'd prefer to climb outside with the nice weather this week.

Friday would be great.

How about CWC Wednesday around 3:30/4:00? We usually have a group there and you can get a few reps in, and it'll shave 30 minutes off the drive.
Not so good for endurance though, more of a power workout.

For the Red, Lauren is going to want to do laps on a long, 45-degree roof. That seems to be the most common terrain at the Red from what I climbed there. Beautiful place.

Like Tim says, I'm looking for LOTS of reps on the steepest moves that I am able to do without failing before the end of the climb. Pure endurance on overhanging terrain. It's a full-body workout, but only takes one day for recovery. Edit: if I don't find someone for R&J then I'll contact you about CWC.

20 reps a night, huh? I have to be able to work the next day! That's why it's "training!" I'm averaging about 20% improvements each week, so I'll get up to that well before the trip. Last week I did 12 laps. I'm hoping to be able to do 15 by the end of the week.
