This is not a job board, it's a climbing interest site that provides community-based information. Do you think everyone will automatically know where the RESEARCH PARK FOOTHILL AREA is? Ever hear of Craig's List? How about the local newspaper? Post elsewhere. Please.

jo.........some poor climber, might be grateful, to have the opportunity to work in an enviroment....with other climbers.
And to be honest thats why I specifically post in "general forum"
Obviously....you take yerself way to seriously....whats the point of freak'n out man.......chill.Matter -o-fact, I ve had 4 people answer, and cant wait to come on board......
as for research park.....thats obvious

No offence I was just making a little fun. Someone will be stoked on the job. Feel free to make fun of me as much as you please. Where are you from by the way? Never mind that last question. It would be Salt Lake right?

Bill.....BINGO, SALT LAKE......dont kid yerself....I am totally supportive of the humor man. It helps me keep my "self-importance " at super low levels. The self-importance stuff, can really make people ugly.
Bring on the humor.....please. You ever been scared s****less ona climb? Humor was my only hope on more than a couple routes
Thanks for the added humor!!!
I only listed this job opening, because Im lead here. I specifically, wanted to work with climber types. Otherwise, I would have listed else where. The other thing, is the hours here support an outdoor
type person..........so........

hahahahahaha...........I always wonder what the heck THEIR problem is
you ever heard the old saying "lifes to short"?
I made one up that states " lifes way to long, when dealing with pissed off people"........hahahahaha
I think the weather is suppost to be dyno-mite this weekend, for you lucky folks down south.....I was invited to a balloon fest, in Page this weekend, but passed it up.Once again, thanks for posting the silly comments.........Dave R

My climbing beginnings started on Flaggstaff, bouldering, 1970.
It used to be , Boulder was WAY fun, and 99% of the Boulderites were very cool. NOW.......gotta bunch of DORKS, that moved there because they enjoyed the place, but forgot why they moved in.And they brought the"self-importance" issues with them......
I was living in Ft collins, just north fora couple months (2005), and moved back to SLC..........
CANT WE ALL JUST GET ALONG? HAHAHAHAHAHA

bill / kirra

thanks for the being cool about the job listing. i seriously, would like to offer the job, to someone that needs time to go play outside.
Boulder.....is....what it is.........no big deal.
There were so many down to earth folks to climb with back in the 70's
When ever i went bouldering on flaggstaff, you could hook up with other climbers and hava blast trying to out-do each other.......
im not sure how flaggstaff operates nowadays.
Eldorado canyon , was privately owned, and free. I did the Bastile (sp)one time in fall. It was pretty darn cold. So for the first belay, we just parked the car right below the base of the climb, straped on seat belt, turned on the heater, and belayed out the window
NOW THOSE WERE THE GOOOOD OLE DAYS. NO one in the canyon.

Jo Holloway wrote: Sure, and thanks for the presumptive slander. Dave, my post was not meant to offend. This is the third job post I've seen from you for the same job in the last week or two. I thought you'd have better luck getting someone through Craig's List or the SL Tribune, where most would know where Research Park is. I worked in an office there back in college, by the way. Maybe that's how I got so uptight. Have a nice day...

ALL in good fun and HUMOR........I dont hava nuf time left on the planet, to slander people...........seriously........
had I put this in the trib, or.elsewhere......there would be lottsa calls.just hoping to possibly help some poor climber out....
