Cerro Las Tetas (Cayey)

The two obvious bulges in the mountain range, nicknamed Las Tetas de Cayey. The location of the mountain peak provides a panoramic view into the mountain range to the north and out to the coast to the south. Peak elevation: 2,762 feet / 842 m.Multi-pitch climbing on pillowed basaltic-andesite flows and volcanic conglomerates. GUIDEBOOKS & DONATIONS: Please consider purchasing the downloadable guidebook from Aventuras Tierra Adentro. Ask one of the local climbers what the code is for the lock.Hike up the obvious trail for about 10-15 minutes to reach the Right Teta. From there, a trail leads to the Left Teta (you can find more details on its sub-page). Camping options hosted by rock climbers:At Finca Alberto, at the top of the Left Teta with hiking trails leading to the climbing. Contact them by phone at 787-627-3012 or visit their website.
