Description Suggest change

The peaceful alpine lake nestled between Spark Plug (6311') and Little Spark Plug (6020') Mtns. Both peaks qualify for the new updated Backcourt 100 and Mid-State Milers peakbagging lists. On the southeast side of the lake is a small granite crag extending into the water.

Getting There Suggest change

Two options exist. Descend from the summit of Spark Plug Mtn (easiest) or extensive cross country travel from the Surprise Lake outlet. Best option is to make a loop out of it.
