Description
A striking formation of white, yellow, and black Nuttall sandstone, The Prow rises from the hillside like a breaching whale, making it the most impressive wall at Needleseye. This hulking mass offers a mix of routes, including short but quality 40-foot climbs that remain dry in light rain and a few standout 70-foot lines. One of the latter ascends the underbelly of the formation’s namesake prow, providing a thrilling challenge. With its southeast to north-facing aspects, The Prow delivers varied conditions throughout the day.
