Description Suggest change

A huge, deep lake in the Port Cartier Wildlife Refuge, home to many big routes including the classic Capteur de reve. Wait for it to be solidly frozen, likely not before mid-January, before venturing out.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at the end of the plowed road, around 13km from Port Cartier. Ski, or ideally snowmobile, 15km to the south end of the lake.
