Description
A scrappy Limestone crag with multiple short and long routes that differ in difficulty. The rock quality is alright, I would recommend wearing a helmet as a belayer. It can be cold at times because it is a mostly shaded crag in the spring and fall, but it warms up later. Most of the routes have chains, and lower-offs, so some of the routes are good to start leading on.
Getting There
Park at the River Run parking lot in Ketchum, Idaho, and then use the Bald Mountain trail to approach. Start on the Bald Mountain trail for about 5-10 minutes until you see rock piles, turn onto a rough, unmarked, unmaintained climbers trail until you hit a cliff, then arrive at the crag.
