Description

A cluster of amazing boulder problems just north of the Holys. The namesake area of Hagler is the roof, but countless more boulders and potential exist in this area on Shawnee NF property.

Getting There

Park on the east side of Hagler road, roughly 1 mile north of the intersection of Macedonia Rd. The bouldering is on the west side of the road. Parking here: Lat: 37.62741, Lon: -89.40470. Please do not park near the house to the north or turn around at their house. If this parking is full, there is a pull off 200 ft. to the south.

Locate a faint approach trail on the west side of Hagler Road that cuts through the power line ROW. The trail is about 50 ft. north of the parking. Follow the trail steeply downhill to the south side of Hagler Roof.
