Description Suggest change

Limestone roof that is a 10 minute drive and 15 minute, easy hike from downtown Huntsville.

Good holds and good movement on the roof with some other lines scattered about.

Landing zone has been improved with sticks to make the roof climbs much more enjoyable.

Getting There Suggest change

Oakwood Ave NE from the lowside going up you can park in the cul de sac or off the road. There is a small trailhead marker just below 2458 Oakwood Ave. Take the trail and follow "Buzzards roost" the ultimate area is atop a mostly dry creek bed. If you want, when you get to the creek you can simply follow that upwards and you'll the "roost".

EDIT: While this approach is possible, it requires parking in a neighborhood next to somebody's house. Check the photos for a detailed map on how this area can be accessed via Landtrust trails.
