Description
This is the rock formation above the sidewalk that separates the Middle wall into Helium (Lower) and Precious Metals (Upper). This wall is your best destination to sample what the established climbing at the Periodic Table has to offer. It provides great featured Madison limestone and currently hosts the most quality routes on the table. Expect vertical climbing on grey, blue and white streaks. Pockets, crimps and some solid rock await you, this band of rock is exceptional and likely some of the better rock thats been found in the salts! This wall receives morning shade and afternoon sun, facing west. All routes bolted with stainless 3/8s.
4 new short 5.11s to the right is not to be missed if you're looking for some more mid 5.11 warmups!
Getting There
After the fixed line go around the initial corner onto the edge of the fin. Follow a trail across the fin and down for 10m to a big pine where you can access the start of the cliff. Walk up the base of the fin for 10 minutes passing Wavelength and Helium Wall, continue up a final bit to the base of the sidewalk belay of Precious Metal Wall.
