Eden Rock Climbing

Picture this!! It’s 100 degrees out side but in the shade it’s 85. Feels like you should be sitting at a beach but instead you are climbing a 5.10+. You get to the chains but instead of lowering off, you climb past them to a top out. You then untie, throw you shoes and chalk bag to you partner, then you jump 45’ into waterfall fed pool. Hard to believe that’s in Az? It sounds more like heaven!! It exists and it is in AZ. Just as the name implies it truly is a garden of Eden. This area is absolutely pristine!!! There are walls on both sides of the creek with most of the climbing on the right side as you look up stream. The routes vary from 5.7 -512. (Mostly Sport but some trad) there is a beach shaded by trees and shrubs. It is absolutely amazing! Please be respectful help take care of it. Please pick up and carry out any trash you see. This is going to be an Arizona summer destination in the years to come, not only for the fantastic climbing, but a place to jump in the water and watch listen to the flowing water falls.
