Description

Sandstone Boulders and Cliffs surround the lake. The sandstone in some places is too brittle to climb, make sure to check the quality of rock that isn't established. NEVER climb the sandstone while it's wet.

Getting There

If coming from Des Moines, take Hwy 163 to Hwy 14, this will take you to the "Mile Long Bridge", a common starting point for getting anywhere along the lake.
