Easy Hike and quality rock. Lock N Load boulder has the highest concentration of hard climbs in the Bishop Mountain area.

Getting There Suggest change

Last parking lot on the left before the field.

From the parking lot follow the trail on the edge of the field south. And stay left against the woods. You will come to a cut in the trees on your left. follow the trail Into the woods. Follow up an old road cut. Once the road levels out turn right to go over a fallen tree You will see a smaller boulder up the hill on the left and the trail goes just right of it. Follow the switchbacks to the Lock n’ Load boulder.

Warm ups are sparse but there are a few on the next boulder.
