Description Suggest change

It its a well traveled road due to Sullivan Falls. I am not sure how many cars actually slow down or stop on the road. People seemed to slow down near my car, either in confusion makes its in the middle of the woods or concern. Either way, there is no specific trail (yet) to the boulder. It was an easy ~0.5 mile bushwhack to the boulder. Most of my time was spent cleaning the route and mainly the top of the boulder for top out.

Be sure to bring brushes. maybe a bulldozer broom or rack to make clear the top out a little better.

If staring at the front of the boulder from where you parked, there is another boulder about ~0.25 miles uphill and to the right that potential. Very Mossy and I just did not have time to climb it.

Getting There Suggest change

Boulder is located at 41.335816, -76.3232704. Head towards Ricketts Glen state park. From 118, Take 487 for 4.8 miles North. Turn Left onto Sullivan Falls road. Should be about a mile down the way.

There are plenty of boulders that can be seen from the road that have potential.
