Description

The Obelisk lies by itself NE of the Sofa King Buttress; further down the shoulder of Silver Peak. It is recognizable as the obvious obelisk looking embossment protruding from the rock behind it. All routes are new and raw - that means sharp loose rock. A helmet seems like a great idea. Be on the lookout for falling rock and use caution when pulling hard on holds. Remember there are people below you.
