Description Suggest change

This southwest facing wall lies right along the road to Shoshone Falls. Its a great mid-day winter wall and early morning summer wall. Gawker Wall is a high visibility location that should be avoided during peak tourist times (mid morning to evening from May to August). All climbers should be vigilant and responsible when climbing here. This is NOT the crag to bring dogs, large groups, or small children. Please use the existing trail. Belay staging areas are a work in progress-tread lightly. This is a lead climbing area - do NOT scramble around to the top to set up topropes.

Getting There Suggest change

Follow signs to Shoshone Falls (about 3 miles east of Twin Falls proper). From about mid April to early October, the city charges $5 per car admission. The crag lies along the road just past a small waterfall. Park just past the "Welcome to Shoshone Falls" sign. Follow established trail (below left side of wall) for the 15-second approach.
