Description

Odd, overhanging boulder right next to the river. Consider it "adventure bouldering." A bit difficult to navigate around the base of the boulder, there is a large rock underneath and it slopes right next to the river. I've slipped in a few times while working the route.

Getting There

From the parking lot, cross the bridge, but then cross the road and follow downstream the opposite direction from the other north side boulders. (Alternatively, to add more adventure, bushwack down to the river from Thumbnail boulder, jump down a dirt ledge and cross underneath the bridge). It is a few hundred yards from the road, the trail is a bit difficult, either bushwacking or follow an old deer trail. You will first get to the top of the boulder, climb down and to your right to the face.
