Description Suggest change

The main city on the island's Central-East side is, like most of Greece, surrounded by cliffs. Walls of all orientations can be found, as well as many nice beaches and tavernas, within an hour of town. Check out climbinkymi.wordpress.com/ for details on many of the areas. That site provides GPS coordinates for the parking and crags, topos, as well as historical/development information. I've also heard rumors of DWS opportunities but have no specifics as of yet.

Getting There Suggest change

Expect an hour and a half drive to get across the island from Chalkida. The roads are steep and winding most of the way.
