Getting There
From the parking lot head west on the old railroad grade looking for a trail on the left cutting into the trees. Follow this up and past several crags for about 2 miles a(45 minutes) or so looking for an orange colored wall a hundred feet or so above and left of the trail. Shortly after this take the left off the primary hiking trail, this is marked by a tiny sign with Mt. Wa on it (it is hard to see) and a hard switchback going to opposite way. You will walk past two trails off to the right the first one takes you to chainsaw wall the second takes you to the rest of Bobs do not take these. Continue straight for 10 min and you will meet a fork where you want to go right to reach the upper tier of valley view east. Going left you enter the lower tier of valley view east.
