Description

A tall but skinny ledge very close to the river. It is a Limestone/Gneiss mix and has interesting quartz inclusions. There was only room for one problem, but the problem was worth it and is an interesting puzzle to put together listening to the river roaring by.

Getting There

From the Trailside boulder and Woolly Mammoth area, go down towards the river (like you are going to Stone Soup). If you make it to Stone Soup which can be seen from the trail by the Woolly Mammoth boulder, go downstream along the river bank and you will see a small, but tall ledge in front of you.
