This tier sits above the lower tier. It currently has one route.

Getting There

One can either climb a route on the Lower-Tier or one can walk uphill a bit towards "Stump Buttress" and then cut right up the loose gully. Go up about 100 feet before cutting across a nice ledge system that takes you to the base of the climb.
