Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
Getting There
Follow the main trail West from the ranger station until you encounter the creek on your left (directly across from Frank's boulder). Follow the creek South along a small trail for about 50 meters until you reach a small cave/tunnel formed by a perched boulder (Enough Snuff) directly above the trail. This cluster of blocks are the creek boulders.
