Description Suggest change

A beautiful boulderfield on top of a secluded mountain with high quality rock and problems. This area probably has around 50 problems with a great diversity of styles and a large amount of room for new development. Due to the lack of traffic some problems are growing back in.. could be a good idea to bring a heavy duty brush.

Getting There Suggest change

30min approach covering approx. one mile. Start at the Southend of Sunfish Pond, head into the woods before crossing the bridge on a faint trail. The trail quickly disappears so just handrail along the creek finding the easiest path through the young growth. Once you reach the valley floor, continue following the creek to the left (east) until you find the easiest spot to cross. This should be some simple rock hopping even at higher water. There should be another faint path (deer trail) heading up and to the left. Follow this trail up contouring the hill a bit before heading straight for the top (look for the trees with Orange tape). Once the hill flattens out you should be within sight of the first bloc, "Vulcan".
