Description Suggest change

The second of the tall stone pillars when looking across from the WV side of the Potomac.

Descent via rappel tree on summit. Not a bad idea to bring some webbing to reinforce this, as anchor may be old.

Approach via boat from Shepherdstown boat ramp or by swimming from Rumsey monument
