'A' Peak is the second highest peak in the Cabinets, and the most dramatic. The 4,000 ft. Northeast Face towers above Granite Lake and is quite an impressive sight.

Getting There Suggest change

From the Hwy. 2 at the south end of Libby, Mt. take Shaughnessy road southeast. Drive 2 miles then turn right on Granite Lake Rd. and drive 7.4 miles to the Granite Lake Trailhead.
