Description

This is a not often visited cluster of a few very tall boulders near the remnants of the old tower house. Beautiful Day, an absolutely classic V7ish face climb is the area's flagship problem, but there are also a few others up there worth doing. All the climbs are tall, so be sure to come prepared.

Getting There

From the parking lot, take the tower road until you come to the trail leading toward the old foundation (trail 4 i think). If you stand on the far left corner of the foundation you will see the backside of these boulders. They don't look like anything from here, but find a way around the front and you will be treated to one of the best little areas at Gretna. I would'nt bother trying to find them i the summer or early fall, but once the leaves are down it's worth it.
