Description
The Bastion is on the end of the peninsula that juts into Banks Lake, north of Road Side Rock. The routes are all "canoe climbs" that rise straight out of the lake, though the top anchors of these climbs can be reached from land if one doesn't have a canoe.
The main attraction is "Bassomatic". Weekend Rock also describes four other routes ranging from 5.8-5.11b in difficulty, and all receiving 1-2 stars. As of September 2014, the other routes look good but in need of cleaning.
