Description
Twin Peaks has crags of excellent-quality rock scattered around the South Face, Triplet Rocks area, and around to Waterman. It's a quiet clean place few people of any sort explore. The famous Triplet Rocks is located down the long 3-4th-class East Ridge, normally requiring a 'full day'.
Please keep this area clean. Try to stick to the trail on the way up from Waterman, as the soil is sandy higher up near the saddle between East and West Twin. Less trail maintenance that way. :)

Getting There
I park along the north side of Mt Waterman and take the trail that goes around the east side of Waterman, and then down the south side to Twin Peaks. On the Tom Harrison map of the area (Angeles High Country), this trail is listed as the Mt Waterman Trail. Take the trail that heads south into the saddle between Waterman and Twin, and then up the north face. Once at the saddle between East and West Twin, you can see some of the crags laid out around you.
