Description

The East Corner is the easternmost rock in the small group of formations to the south of the Heap. There are a couple Scarpelli 5.11+ routes on the south side and some newer bolted slab climb on the east.

Getting There

It is located about 200-300 yards to the SW of the Spectreman Buttress.

Per Guy H.: the fastest approach to the area goes right by Spectreman, so this is the best reference point. You'll have to hike through the trees with no defined trail. It is 200-300 yards SW of Spectreman.

Walk up towards Spectreman until a faint trail heads left, just above the upper end of the fence. Cross an easy slab, then down into the forest following a faint trail, then forking left.
