Description
This boulder is one of the more prominent, large boulders in the Golden Ladle area. This boulder can be considered the 'main' boulder in Golden Ladle. It has at least 9 problems on it ranging from V3 to V8. Good lands help bolster confidence while attempting the slopey top-out moves.
There are likely more problems in the area which have cropped up since Knezek first began developing this area, which can make finding certain problems a puzzle all in itself.
Getting There
From the parking area of Golden Ladle walk generally South into the boulder field, passing some smaller boulders that litter the ground before coming to the West Cat Daddy boulder. All the problems (problems #1-8) but one on Catdaddy are found on the opposite side of the boulder from where you parked your vehicle (south facing side of the boulder). Problem #9 is on the side of the boulder facing the parking area (north face).
