Description
This formation is the smaller tower located to the left (west) of the drip buttress and right of double-wide buttress. It's face stands south facing and about 450 feet tall, and the ridge can be seen extending uphill to the north to the top of the ridgeline. The ridge is marked by numerous towering south faces, and a large west face along the whole formation. The south face has a large roof at about 250 feet, with numerous incipient seams going up the face.
Getting There
Approach via the blodgett trail, and once you are about parallel with the drip, cut downhill off trail and cross the creek. Hike up the scree and talus slopes toward the drip and cut left along weaknesses until you are directly below the Cornlier south face. Follow along the west side of the ridge to gain access to most established routes.
