Description

This is a secluded area that hosts a couple good boulders. The rock quality that I've seen so far is great. It can get somewhat windy, but what's new?

Eds. Technically, this is not on Telephone Rd and is in a distinct area. With the addition of other routes, this may warrant a subarea of its own.

Getting There

From I-80, Take Happy Jack Road exit 323 for 4 miles and take a left on Telephone Road. (Set odometer now.) Follow dirt road for 2.3 miles and take a right on 712. Follow 712 for 1.2 miles (3.5 total) and take a slight left onto 714. Follow 714 for 0.6 miles (4.1 total) and take a slight right onto 713. Follow 713 for 2.3 miles (6.4 total). At this point, you should see an old, wooden, private property sign. Take a left on 713E.
