Description

Alabama Dome is a formation located just before the road into the Monument Slot on the eastside of Horseshoe Meadows Rd. Here you will find Southern Man (5.9), Sweet Home Alabama (5.9), Gone with the Wind (5.10a), Sherman's March (5.10b), Blockade Runner (5.10c) and Dihedral Dance (5.11a).

Getting There

From Whitney Portal Rd., head south 0.6 miles down Horseshoe Meadows Rd. Park in a turn-out and head east to this obvious formation. scramble up from the far left.
