Getting There
Significant land clearing was done by the power company and the old description does not apply anymore. There are two options to find Rubix cube.
(41.3373019, -72.9853102)
First: park half way down park lane where the new “no trespassing signs” were placed by the power company across road from ‘Woodbridge land trust’ sign. Head south/east over cleared land. You can choose to cross directly over cleared land staying left or skirt around where blue trail used to be then head left to avoid “trespassing” Aim for the tree line left staying relatively closer to the road (but far enough from houses) until you come to an overlook spot where you should see west rock, Merritt parkway, shopping plaza, AND Rubix cube! Head down steep trail to get to it. If you cross field and reach upper tree line just work back left (north) towards the road and you should eventually see it. If you are in the right spot it is near impossible to miss!
Second: Park at end of park lane and head down dirt driveway/white trail which is confusingly marked with private drive (no promises you’re not trespassing) After about a 7 minute walk you'll arive at the cube.
