THe Nature conservancy own an easement on the land that allows for wilderness type recreation and any climbing of repelling is currently banned.

Description

This is a beautiful crag coming out of a small inland lake. However, it is currently closed to climbing. Please respect the land owners wishes and hopefully we may be able to climb there in the future.

Getting There

From Marquette, drive about 6-7 down 550. Right before the road turns into a passing lane, hang a left. Stay right on a dirt road until you reach a red gate. *PLEASE DON'T BLOCK THIS GATE* Continue to walk down the road until you reach Echo Lake.

You can walk across the ice, put your boat in, or walk along the shoreline. Follow the lake to its back end
