Baltimore City owns the property, and they are not wholly receptive to climbers. The noted areas and routes herein this guide are for historical purposes only. Should you chose to climb here, it's at your own risk.
Description
This Reservoir sits in northern Baltimore County, and has the tallest rock formations to my knowledge of all three reservoirs. Because of this areas geographical location, there are lots and lots of hidden cliffs and boulders in this area. This is also the only area where I know there is a history of climbing, as evidence of old bolts in the dam area.
On another note, this area is home to Timber Rattle Snakes and Copperheads, both of which are poisonous.
