Description
Small crag with about 150 routes. Climbing ranges from slabs to steep powerful climbs. Mainly sport with a few traditional pitches. Quartzite rock, not too chossy, just kind of gritty. Or granite, according to others...
The approach isn't pleasant, especially if you end up on a goat trail and a lot of the routes aren't very well traveled, but if you have time, it's worth exploring.
The weather is best (but often hot) in the summer, hit and miss in the spring and fall.
Camping can be found at "The Mudhole" between memorial and labor day, otherwise your best bet is Riley Creek campground just east of the crag.
