Description

This southeast-facing wall goes into shade around noon in the summer. In the winter, the wall can be climbable if the sun is out.

Getting There

From Twin Lakes, take a right just past the Willis Gullich Trailhead. There is a green gate at the correct turn, which will be closed when the raptor closing is in effect.

Follow this narrow dirt road for less than a quarter mile when you are below the wall. Head north to the wall on a faint trail for less than five minutes.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL PULLING OUT OF HERE ONTO THE HIGHWAY. YOU CAN'T SEE ANYTHING, AND THE CARS ARE GOING 55MPH HERE. IT IS SAFER TO HAVE SOMEONE GET OUT OF THE CAR AND WAVE YOU TO GO WHEN ALL IS CLEAR.
