Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
Description
An aptly named pile of boulders across the trail from the Ranger Station and on the side of a small hill. Problems range from V-easy to V4 with lots in the V1 and under range.
This is a good spot to boulder with minimal hiking and no tourists asking "what's that pad for"...
An easy downclimb exists on the north end of the boulder.
